Dr. J. E. Rayas Sánchez High-Frequency Circuits (undergraduate course, 2020) This undergraduate course will introduce students to the analysis and design of high-frequency electronic circuits. Throughout the course students will appreciate the importance of the RF and wireless electronic circuits and systems. Students will analyze high-frequency circuits using basic transmission line theory. They will also design fundamental RF circuits such as impedance matching networks and filters. Students will be able to explain the main performance parameters of an antenna, as well as some of the basic signal integrity concepts that characterize a high-speed link. An introduction to high frequency distributed-circuit simulation and electromagnetics-based simulation will also be realized. The use of simulation software for hands-on experience will be emphasized throughout the course. Course implementation in Canvas Lectures
